Application
|
Air, water, sludge/slurry, drag
hoses. Compressed air breaker hoses. Used as a by-pass on temporary lines discharging hydrocarbons with an aromatic content not exceeding 40%. Exposure to seawater, oils, grease and hydrocarbons has no effect on the short or long term performance of the hose.

Special Features
|
Non-conductive. Can be used with repair sleeves for extra long service life.
Ozone resistance: No visible signs of cracking appear on the lining or cover when tested in accordance with ASTM D518 Procedure B. 100pphm/104ºF [40ºC].

High pressure, anti-static layflat hose designed for the transfer of hydro carbons (up to 40% aromatics). Used in Bunkering/Transfer applications. Also used in tank cleaning operations where dissipation of static is essential.

OROFLEX OROFLEX 20-For Shale Gas
High pressure and high tensile layflat hose designed for use on land based drilling rigs as a water supply hose. This hose has been designed to handle severe terrain and operate in rugged conditions. Oroflex 20-S has a high UV resistant. This hose is designed for use in fracking applications.

OROFLEX OROFLEX 30 Oil HD
Extremely robust layflat hose designed for the most arduous conditions found in off-shore and bunkering applications.
Made from a very tough PU material and reinforced with high tensile polyester fibres, this hose is well suited to difficult working conditions. The hose can be fitted with two earthing wires contained within the black strap.

OROFLEX OROFLEX 80
Premium quality layflat hose for linear travelling irrigation reels. Resistant to vermin and mildew attack. Also used as a heavy duty dredging hose.

OROFLEX OROFLEX Coupling
These stainless steel couplings have been specially designed to fit with Oroflex 40 and Oroflex 60. Machined from high grade 316 stainless steel, these couplings will give a long service life and are fully warranted for use with Oroflex hoses.
Duplex stainless steel and 904L are offered on request.

OROFLEX OROFLEX Eco
Oroflex Eco is designed as a competitively priced product to compete with lower cost hoses. Oroflex Eco has the same working pressures as Oroflex 20 but is slightly thinner on the wall. The hose is designed to be a supply hose and not a drag hose.

This hose is designed for use as a flexible well riser. Very strong and dependable, this hose is made from a double jacket construction and is available with a wide range of couplings and accessories.

Very tough yet flexible polyurethane layflat hose deisgned to meet the requirements of many applications. The hose fully approved to KTW standards, it also has two externally bonded earthing wires attached to the cover. Designed for transfer of hydrocarbons, chemicals and drinking water.

OROFLEX OROFLEX Well
Flexible well riser hose used in place of PVC or steel tube. Allows greatly improved access to pump for repair, refurbishment etc. Used with permanent stainless steel couplings that are fixed to the hose by means of an expansion ring. Oroflex Well is fully compliant with KTW standards. Oroflex Well is also used in concrete form pouring applications.
